Warm up:

    • 200m choice

Build set:

    • 500m free
    • 200m kick (all kick but vary styles)
    • 300m choice (breast / back / fly)

Main set:

  • 8 x (4 x 25m fast + 5s RI) + 60s RI

Warm down:

    • 200m super easy

2200m total
