Build set:

    • 9 x 50m f/s (progressive 1-3, 4-6, 7-9)
    • 2 x 50m sculling
    • 2 x 50m kick set
    • 9 x 50m f/s (progressive 1-3, 4-6, 7-9)

Main set:

    • 3/4/5/6 x 200m at easy pace (breath 5 up / 3 down)

Warm down:

    • 200m back/breast stroke combo
