Build set:

    • 3 x 200m (25m drill / 25m swim)
    • 4 x 25m fast (baseline reading) + 15s RI
    • 1 min rest

Main set (X5):

    • 8 x 25m fast (put 3 sec on top of your baseline reading) + 20s RI
    • 1 min rest

Warm down:

    • 200m choice
