SWIM 101 Course

Swimming NL is pleased to announce that a SWIM 101 course will be offered in St. John’s, November 12-14, 2010. Marta Belsh has graciously agreed to be the Learning Facilitator for the course and will be assisted by Jason Warford and Duffy Earle.

The course online submission is currently being reviewed for posting on the Course Management System by the CSCTA. I expect that it will be posted very soon at https://registration.swimming.ca/Courseslistpublic.aspx .

A few points for you to keep in mind:

- Registration deadline is October 31, 2010

- Pre-course workbook submission deadline is November 2, 2010 ( you will have access to the work book online after you register for the course)****this is a pre-requisite for the course

- Making Ethical Decisions module (MED) will not be covered during this Swim 101 course. This course will be offered (for free) in St. John’s on October 26th. Please see the attachment for details and contact information.

- You must be a current registered member in good standing with SNC, CSCTA, and the NLSCA in order to participate in this course.
