Warm up:
  • 100m breast
  • 100m back
Build set:
  • 4 x 50m kick
  • 2 x 50m drill
  • 2 x 50m kick
  • 2 x 50m drill

Main set

  • 4 x 50m (progressive faster)
  • 1 x 100m at race pace + 45s RI;1 x 100m easy + 20s RI (repeat 4x)
  • 1 x 50m at race pace + 20s RI; 1 x 150m easy + 10s (repeat 3x)

Warm down:

  • 50m back
  • 50m breast

2400m total
