  • 200m time trail - timed for CSS
  • 2 x 50m back/breast combo

Warm down:

    • 6 x 50m drill up / swim back: back kick; sculling; breast kick; fist drill; broken arrow; corkscrew
    • 2 x 100m back/breast combo
